Shino Ann Koshy

Shino Ann Koshy is a racing chemist and forensic toxicology researcher with over 13 years of experience in the racing and equine anti-doping industry. She has been associated with the Central Veterinary Research Laboratory (CVRL), Dubai, UAE, since 2013, where she works within the Equine Forensic Unit focusing on anti-doping analysis and method development. She is a member of the Association of Official Racing Chemists (AORC) and has extensive expertise in the detection and metabolic profiling of prohibited and emerging pharmaceutical substances using advanced analytical techniques, including LC-ESI-HRMS. Shino is a contributing author to the study “Comprehensive Metabolic Investigation of Suzetrigine to Support Anti-Doping Strategies in Equestrian Sports,” which details the identification of Suzetrigine and its metabolites to support effective doping control in equestrian sports. Her work contributes to strengthening global anti-doping frameworks through scientifically robust and validated analytical approaches. At this conference, she will present findings on the metabolic investigation of novel performance-enhancing substances and their implications for equine anti-doping surveillance
