Fumiaki Mizobe
Dr. Fumiaki Mizobe graduated from Hokkaido University, Japan, in 2008 and joined the Japan Racing Association the same year. He earned his doctoral degree in 2018, with a research focus on standing MRI for racehorses. Internationally, he serves as Chairman of the International Group of Specialist Regulatory Veterinarians and is a member of committees for the International Federation of Horseracing Authorities, with a focus on anti-doping and equine welfare.
