Mary A Robinson

Dr. Mary Robinson's research focuses on pharmacology and forensics in support of working horse welfare and equestrian sports integrity. Her publications are centered around pharmacokinetics/dynamics, exercise physiology, and analytical chemistry, with an emphasis on informing the development and optimization of anti-doping control programs and equine biological passport development. In addition to her role as an Associate Professor of Veterinary Pharmacology at Penn Vet’s New Bolton Center where she runs the Equine Pharmacology Laboratory and the Equine Biobank, Dr. Robinson also serves as acting director of the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture State Horse Racing Commission's Equine Toxicology and Research Laboratory (PETRL).
